The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Rancho Cucamonga Cougars (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) and the host St. Lucy's Regents (Glendora, CA), saw Rancho Cucamonga's volleyball squad beat St. Lucy's by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Rancho Cucamonga upgrades its record to 10-19 on the year. The Cougars travel to Upland (Upland, CA) to play the Highlanders/Scots in a Baseline bout on Wednesday, October 12. The Highlanders/Scots go into the bout with a record of 6-15. Upland lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Chino Hills (Chino Hills, CA)

The Regents now own a 12-14 record. They play next when they travel to Etiwanda for a Baseline bout on Thursday, October 13. St. Lucy's will play a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Los Osos (Rancho Cucamonga, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 21-3.
