The Lutheran Lions volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Palmer Ridge Bears to 1 in the Lions league victory on Tuesday.
The Lions now possess a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Discovery Canyon for a game on Thursday, October 12. Lutheran will meet a Thunder team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Air Academy (US Air Force Academy, CO). The Thunder record now stands at 4-10.
The Bears (7-5) will now prepare for their game against Lewis-Palmer (Monument, CO). The Rangers enter the game with a 4-0 record. In their last game, Lewis-Palmer nipped Air Academy (US Air Force Academy, CO), 2-0, in a league game.
