Moshannon Valley Black Knights/Damsels (Houtzdale, PA) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team overwhelm the host Curwensville Golden Tide (Curwensville, PA), 13-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Black Knights/Damsels confront the Cambria Heights Highlanders (Patton, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 11. Moshannon Valley will attempt to better on its 6-6 season record. The Highlanders enter the challenge with a 7-6 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to Forest Hills (Sidman, PA).

The Golden Tide now have a 0-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Port Allegany for a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 14. Curwensville will confront a Gators team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Elk County Catholic (St. Marys, PA). The Gators record now stands at 5-10.
