The Sartans now hold a 10-5 record. They play next when they travel to Belen for a 4A District 5 test on Thursday, October 12. St. Pius X will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Valencia (Los Lunas, NM). The Eagles record now stands at 6-9.

With the loss, Highland drops to 8-7 on the season. The Hornets travel to Valley (Albuquerque, NM) to meet the Vikings in a non-league test on Saturday, October 14. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 3-12. Valley lost 10-0 in their recent league test against Albuquerque Academy (Albuquerque, NM)
