The Providence Panthers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Garinger Wildcats to 0 in the Panthers league victory on Tuesday.
The Panthers now possess a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Mecklenburg for a non-league game on Thursday, October 12. Providence will meet a Eagles team coming off a 2-1 league win over Charlotte Catholic (Charlotte, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 13-7.
The Wildcats (0-8) will now prepare for their game against Rocky River (Mint Hill, NC). The Ravens enter the non-league game with a 6-7 record. In their last game, Rocky River defeated Independence (Charlotte, NC), 2-1, in a non-league game.
