The Jamestown Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Poquoson Islanders to 0 in the Eagles non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Eagles now have a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Kent for a non-league game on Thursday, October 12. Jamestown will confront a Trojans team coming off a 2-1 league win over Tabb (Yorktown, VA). The Trojans record now stands at 14-4.

The Islanders (3-9) will now prepare for their game against York (Yorktown, VA). The Falcons enter the non-league game with a 4-10 record. In their last game, York dropped by Smithfield (Smithfield, VA), 2-1, in a non-league game.
