The Bernalillo Spartans soccer team scored 6 points and limited the visiting Valley Vikings to 4 in the Spartans league victory on Tuesday.
Next, the Spartans face the Hope Christian Huskies (Albuquerque, NM) in a 4A District 6 contest, on Wednesday, October 11. Bernalillo will attempt to better on its 8-7 season record. The Huskies enter the contest with a 12-1 record after their 9-1 league win over Del Norte (Albuquerque, NM).
The Vikings now have a 3-12 record. They take the field next when they host Albuquerque Academy for a 4A District 6 contest on Thursday, October 12. Valley will face a Chargers team coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM). The Chargers record now stands at 11-4.
