North Johnston Panthers (Kenly, NC) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Princeton Bulldogs (Princeton, NC), 3-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Panthers confront the Spring Creek Gators (Seven Springs, NC) in a Neuse Six 2A challenge, on Thursday, October 12. North Johnston will attempt to better on its 4-12 season record. The Gators enter the challenge with a 9-8 record after their 9-0 league win over Beddingfield (Wilson, NC).

The Bulldogs now have a 7-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Eastern Wayne for a Neuse Six 2A challenge on Wednesday, October 11. Princeton will confront a Warriors team coming off a 8-1 league loss to Goldsboro (Goldsboro, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 4-9.
