Kansas High School Volleyball - Santa Fe Trail tips Anderson County

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Santa Fe Trail Chargers (Carbondale, KS) and the host Anderson County Bulldogs (Garnett, KS), saw Santa Fe Trail's volleyball squad nip Anderson County by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Santa Fe Trail upgrades its record to 16-14 on the year. The Chargers travel to Iola (Iola, KS) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 17. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 20-12. Iola lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Independence (Independence, KS)

The Bulldogs now own a 17-9 record. They play next when they travel to Prairie View for a Pioneer bout on Tuesday, October 10. Anderson County will play a Buffalos squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Jayhawk Linn (Mound City, KS). The Buffalos record now stands at 16-7.
