With the win, Westminster Academy upgrades its record to 17-6 on the year. The Crusaders host Highland Baptist Christian (New Iberia, LA) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 12. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 12-8.

The now own a 15-12 record. They play next when they host Episcopal of Acadiana for a Division V District 2 bout on Thursday, October 12. Ascension Episcopal will play a Falcons squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Vandebilt Catholic (Houma, LA). The Falcons record now stands at 10-11.
