The Barstow Knights held off the host University Academy Charter Gryphons volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Knights now have a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lutheran for a non-league test on Thursday, October 12. Barstow will confront a Knights team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Concordia (Concordia, MO). The Knights record now stands at 6-13.
The Gryphons (9-9) will now prepare for their test against East (Kansas City, MO). The enter the non-league test with a 4-6 record. In their last test, East was nudged by Southeast (Kansas City, MO), 3-0, in a non-league test.
