Kansas High School Volleyball - Osawatomie can't hold off Burlington

In Tuesday's non-league battle, the visiting Burlington Wildcats volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Osawatomie Trojans.
The Wildcats (9-18) will now prepare for their battle against Wellsville (Wellsville, KS). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 4-22 record. In their last battle, Wellsville was edged by Santa Fe Trail (Carbondale, KS), 2-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Trojans clash with the Iola Mustangs (Iola, KS) in a Pioneer battle, on Tuesday, October 10. Osawatomie will attempt to advance on its 6-17 season record. The Mustangs come into the battle with a 16-9 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Prairie View (La Cygne, KS).
