The Eagles (10-15) will now prepare for their battle against Little River Academy (Little River Academy, TX). The Bumblebees come into the 3A Region III District 19 battle with a 23-13 record. In their last battle, Little River Academy lost by Troy (Troy, TX), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Yoemen clash with the Lorena Leopards (Lorena, TX) in a 3A Region III District 19 battle, on Friday, October 13. C.H. Yoe will attempt to advance on its 5-27 season record. The Leopards come into the battle with a 28-9 record after their 3-1 league win over McGregor (McGregor, TX).
