Utah High School Volleyball - Corner Canyon over Herriman

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Corner Canyon Chargers (Draper, UT) and the host Herriman Mustangs (West Herriman, UT), saw Corner Canyon's volleyball squad beat Herriman by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Corner Canyon upgrades its record to 22-5 on the year. The Chargers host Copper Hills (West Jordan, UT) to play the Grizzlies in a 6A Region 2 bout on Thursday, October 12. The Grizzlies go into the bout with a record of 9-11. Copper Hills lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against Mountain Ridge (Herriman, UT)

The Mustangs now own a 9-4 record. They play next when they host Bingham for a 6A Region 2 bout on Thursday, October 12. Herriman will play a Miners squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Riverton (Riverton, UT). The Miners record now stands at 21-2.
