The Elgin Huskies volleyball team (Elgin, OR), was dropped 3-1 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting Union Bobcats (Union, OR)

The Bobcats (16-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Echo (Echo, OR). The Cougars enter the 1A Old Oregon challenge with a 10-11 record. In their last challenge, Echo defeated Griswold (Helix, OR), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Huskies meet the Huntington Locomotives (Huntington, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 12. Elgin will attempt to move on its 8-10 season record. The Locomotives enter the challenge with a 0-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Jordan Valley (Jordan Valley, OR).
