North Carolina High School Volleyball - Gates County crushed by Perquimans

The Perquimans Pirates topped the host Gates County Red Barons volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league test.

The Pirates now have a 19-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Camden County for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 11. Perquimans will confront a Bruins team coming off a 3-0 league win over Hertford County (Ahoskie, NC). The Bruins record now stands at 15-3.

The Red Barons (6-12) will now prepare for their test against Northeast Academy For Aerospace and Advanced Tech (Elizabeth City, NC). The Griffins enter the non-league test with a 13-8 record. In their last test, Northeast Academy For Aerospace and Advanced Tech dropped by Currituck County (Barco, NC), 3-2, in a non-league test.
