The New Braunfels Thunder Thunder volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Gloria Deo Academy Lions to 0 in the Thunder non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Thunder now have a 21-19 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sunnybrook Christian for a non-league game on Thursday, October 12. New Braunfels Thunder will meet a Lions team coming off a 3-0 league win over Compass Rose Legacy (San Antonio, TX). The Lions record now stands at 33-9.
The Lions (17-13) will now prepare for their game against Town East Christian (San Antonio, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league game with a 5-12 record. In their last game, Town East Christian dropped by McCauley Christian Academy (San Antonio, TX), 3-0, in a non-league game.
