The Melrose Buffaloes (Melrose, NM) volleyball overcame the host Grady Bronchos (Grady, NM), 3-0 in Tuesday's league outing.
With the win, Melrose upgrades its record to 11-1 on the year. The Buffaloes host Clovis Christian (Clovis, NM) to face the Eagles in a 1A District 6 outing on Thursday, October 12. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 2-4. Clovis Christian lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Dora (Dora, NM)
The Bronchos now own a 10-6 record. They play next when they host Logan for a 1A District 6 outing on Thursday, October 12. Grady will face a Longhorns squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Legacy Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Longhorns record now stands at 10-4.
