The Jersey Panthers volleyball team (Jerseyville, IL), went down 2-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting Highland Bulldogs (Highland, IL)

The Bulldogs (16-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Mater Dei (Breese, IL). The Knights come into the non-league challenge with a 20-5 record. In their last challenge, Mater Dei defeated Althoff Catholic (Belleville, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers encounter the Roxana Shells (Roxana, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 14. Jersey will attempt to move on its 5-18 season record. The Shells come into the challenge with a 9-12 record after their 2-0 league loss to Columbia (Columbia, IL).
