The Jefferson County North Chargers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Oskaloosa Bears to 0 in the Chargers non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Chargers now have a 24-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Osawatomie for a non-league game on Saturday, October 14. Jefferson County North will meet a Trojans team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Iola (Iola, KS). The Trojans record now stands at 6-17.

The Bears (3-16) will now prepare for their game against Prairie View (La Cygne, KS). The Buffalos enter the non-league game with a 16-9 record. In their last game, Prairie View dropped by Anderson County (Garnett, KS), 2-1, in a league game.
