The Rio Grande City Rattlers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Juarez-Lincoln Huskies to 0 in the Rattlers league victory on Tuesday.
The Rattlers now possess a 11-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Martin for a 5A Region IV District 30 game on Saturday, October 14. Rio Grande City will meet a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Cigarroa (Laredo, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 17-15.
The Huskies (1-15) will now prepare for their game against Cigarroa (Laredo, TX). The Toros enter the 5A Region IV District 30 game with a 16-17 record. In their last game, Cigarroa was dropped by Martin (Laredo, TX), 3-0, in a league game.
