The Sanford Spartans (Sanford, ME) volleyball were winner over the visiting Kennebunk Rams (Kennebunk, ME), 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league battle.
The Spartans (8-4) will now prepare for their battle against Biddeford (Biddeford, ME). The Tigers come into the Class A battle with a 10-2 record. In their last battle, Biddeford achieved victory over Deering (Portland, ME), 3-2, in a league battle.
Next, the Rams encounter the Cheverus Stags (Portland, ME) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, October 12. Kennebunk will attempt to advance on its 10-2 season record. The Stags come into the battle with a 3-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Bonny Eagle (Standish, ME).
