Virginia High School Volleyball - Loudoun County tips Woodgrove

In Tuesday's league contest, the Loudoun County Captains (Leesburg, VA) volleyball squad nudged the visiting Woodgrove Wolverines (Purcellville, VA), by a margin of 3-2.

Next up, the Captains battle the Broad Run Spartans (Ashburn, VA) in a Catoctin contest, on Thursday, October 12. Loudoun County will attempt to better on its 12-4 season record. The Spartans go into the contest with a 10-11 record after their 3-0 league win over Park View (Sterling, VA).

With the loss, Woodgrove moves to 6-8 on the year. The Wolverines travel to Loudoun Valley (Purcellville, VA) to battle the Vikings in a non-league contest on Thursday, October 12. The Vikings go into the contest with a record of 1-15. Loudoun Valley lost 3-0 in their recent league contest against Heritage (Leesburg, VA)
