North Carolina High School Volleyball - Montgomery Central Oak Grove

October 10, 2023: Troy, NC 27371

In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Oak Grove Grizzlies volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Montgomery Central Timberwolves.

The Grizzlies (17-4) will now prepare for their battle against Central Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Spartans come into the Mid-Piedmont 3A battle with a 7-14 record. In their last battle, Central Davidson achieved victory over North Davidson (Lexington, NC), 3-1, in a league battle.

Next, the Timberwolves clash with the Asheboro Blue Comets (Asheboro, NC) in a Mid-Piedmont 3A battle, on Thursday, October 12. Montgomery Central will attempt to advance on its 11-8 season record. The Blue Comets come into the battle with a 12-9 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Providence Grove (Franklinville, NC).
