The Monument Valley Cougars volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Whitehorse Raiders to 0 in the Cougars league victory on Tuesday.
The Cougars now possess a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Piute for a non-league game on Friday, October 13. Monument Valley will meet a Thunderbirds team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Wayne (Bicknell, UT). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 10-9.
The Raiders (1-10) will now prepare for their game against Monticello (Monticello, UT). The Buckaroo enter the 1A Region 19 game with a 11-10 record. In their last game, Monticello was dropped by San Juan (Blanding, UT), 3-0, in a non-league game.
