North Carolina High School Volleyball - NCSSM: Durham over Raleigh Charter

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the NCSSM: Durham Unicorns (Durham, NC) and the host Raleigh Charter Phoenix (Raleigh, NC), saw NCSSM: Durham's volleyball squad beat Raleigh Charter by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, NCSSM: Durham upgrades its record to 11-6 on the year. The Unicorns host Research Triangle (Research Triangle Park, NC) to play the Raptors in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 12. The Raptors go into the bout with a record of 6-11. Research Triangle lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Franklin Academy (Wake Forest, NC)

The Phoenix now own a 3-9 record. They play next when they travel to Franklin Academy for a Super Six 1A/2A bout on Thursday, October 12. Raleigh Charter will play a Patriots squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Research Triangle (Research Triangle Park, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 9-10.
