The Shades Valley Mounties volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Springville Tigers to 1 in the Mounties non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Mounties now possess a 10-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pell City for a non-league game on Wednesday, October 18.

The Tigers (22-7) will now prepare for their game against Altamont (Birmingham, AL). The Knights enter the non-league game with a 5-8 record.
