With the win, Hampton advances its record to 5-9 on the season. The Crabbers travel to Norcom (Portsmouth, VA) to face the Greyhounds in a non-league test on Friday, October 11. The Greyhounds go into the test with a record of 3-9. Norcom lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Maury (Norfolk, VA)

The Phantoms now sport a 0-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host King's Fork for a non-league test on Monday, October 14. Phoebus will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Western Branch (Chesapeake, VA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-9.
