The Santa Fe Demons prevailed the host Manzano Monarchs volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league game.
Next up, the Demons confront the Los Alamos Hilltoppers (Los Alamos, NM) in a non-league game, on Saturday, October 12. Santa Fe will attempt to advance on its 5-4 season record. The Hilltoppers enter the game with a 2-3 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Espanola Valley (Espanola, NM).
The Monarchs (3-7) will now prepare for their game against Sandia (Albuquerque, NM). The Matadors enter the non-league game with a 4-7 record. In their last game, Sandia gained a win over Capital (Santa Fe, NM), 2-0, in a non-league game.
