With the triumph, Newburgh Free Academy moves its record to 4-7 on the campaign. The Goldbacks travel to Monroe-Woodbury (Central Valley, NY) to clash with the Crusaders in a Section 9 Division I test on Wednesday, October 16. The Middie Bears now sport a 0-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kingston for a Section 9 Division I test on Tuesday, October 15. Middletown will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Monroe-Woodbury (Central Valley, NY). The Tigers record now stands at 1-7.
