Rye Garnets (Rye, NY) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Pelham Memorial Pelicans (Pelham, NY), 2-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Rye moves its record to 11-0 on the campaign. The Garnets travel to Arlington (LaGrangeville, NY) to clash with the Admirals in a non-league test on Friday, October 18. The Admirals come into the test with a record of 10-1.

The Pelicans now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host Byram Hills for a Conference 2 League D test on Wednesday, October 16.
