In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Granger Spartans volleyball team scored a big 5-0 triumph over the Mabton Vikings.

The Spartans (9-2) will now prepare for their challenge against River View (Kennewick, WA). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 8-3 record. In their last challenge, River View beat Tri-Cities Prep (Pasco, WA), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Vikings meet the Riverside Christian Crusaders (Yakima, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 12. Mabton will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a 6-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Yakama Nation Tribal (Toppenish, WA).
