In Thursday's non-league outing, the host John F. Kennedy Catholic Eagles soccer squad scored a nice 9-1 win over the Aquinas Knights.
The Eagles (5-9) will now prepare for their outing against Rootstown (Rootstown, OH). The Rovers enter the Portage Trail - County outing with a 10-6 record. In their last outing, Rootstown was overwhelmed by Lake Center Christian (Hartville, OH), 4-3, in a league outing.
Next up, the Knights confront the Sandy Valley Cardinals (Magnolia, OH) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, October 12. Aquinas will attempt to improve on its 2-12 season record. The Cardinals enter the outing with a 12-4 record after their 9-0 non-league win over West Holmes (Millersburg, OH).
