Carlynton Cougars (Carnegie, PA) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Serra Catholic Eagles (McKeesport, PA), 9-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Carlynton advances its record to 12-5 on the campaign. The Cougars host South Allegheny (McKeesport, PA) to clash with the Gladiators in a non-league test on Monday, October 14. The Gladiators come into the test with a record of 3-9.

The Eagles now have a 4-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Steel Valley for a non-league test on Monday, October 14.
