The Patriots (14-4) will now prepare for their outing against East Bladen (Elizabethtown, NC). The Eagles enter the Waccamaw 1A/2A outing with a 8-4 record. In their last outing, East Bladen ran past East Columbus (Lake Waccamaw, NC), 5-1, in a league outing.

In their next game, the Vikings meet the Whiteville Wolfpack (Whiteville, NC) in a Waccamaw 1A/2A match, on Monday, October 14. West Columbus will attempt to move on its 0-9 season record. The Wolfpack come into the match with a 2-13 record after their 4-0 league loss to Heide Trask (Rocky Point, NC).
