Wilmington Greyhounds (New Wilmington, PA) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Sharpsville Blue Devils (Sharpsville, PA), 4-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Wilmington advances its record to 10-4 on the campaign. The Greyhounds travel to Mercer (Mercer, PA) to clash with the Mustangs in a District 10 Region 1 test on Monday, October 14. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 8-7.

The Blue Devils now have a 8-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to North East for a non-league test on Saturday, October 12. Sharpsville will clash with a Grape Pickers team coming off a 4-3 league win over Girard (Girard, PA). The Grape Pickers record now stands at 12-3.
