Next, the Lions meet the Bayless Bronchos (St. Louis, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 11. University City will attempt to upgrade on its 12-3 season record. The Bronchos go into the challenge with a 7-3 record after their 18-3 non-league win over McCluer (Florissant, MO).

The Stars (11-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Clayton (St. Louis, MO). The Greyhounds go into the non-league challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, Clayton held off Hazelwood East (St. Louis, MO), 26-10, in a non-league challenge.
