Virginia High School Volleyball - Fort Chiswell bounced by Auburn

Auburn Eagles (Riner, VA) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Fort Chiswell Pioneers (Max Meadows, VA), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Auburn improves its record to 21-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to Grayson County (Independence, VA) to face the Blue Devils in a Mountain Empire test on Tuesday, October 15. The Blue Devils go into the test with a record of 12-3.
The Pioneers now own a 6-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bland County for a Mountain Empire test on Monday, October 14. Fort Chiswell will face a Bears squad coming off a 3-0 league win over George Wythe (Wytheville, VA). The Bears record now stands at 7-8.
