In Thursday's league challenge, the host Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville Wolves volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Berne-Knox-Westerlo Bulldogs.

The Wolves (8-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Amsterdam (Amsterdam, NY). The Rams come into the non-league challenge with a 0-9 record.

Next, the Bulldogs play the Maple Hill Wildcats (Castleton on Hudson, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 11. Berne-Knox-Westerlo will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 17-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Catskill (Catskill, NY).
