The Birch Run Panthers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Swan Valley Vikings to 0 in the Panthers league triumph on Thursday.
The Panthers now have a 29-4 record. They play next when they host St. Johns for a non-league outing on Thursday, October 10. Birch Run will play a Redwings team coming off a 3-0 league win over Haslett (Haslett, MI). The Redwings record now stands at 26-8.
With the loss, Swan Valley drops to 20-18 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Nouvel Catholic Central (Saginaw, MI) to play the Panthers in a Tri-Valley - East outing on Thursday, October 10. The Panthers come into the outing with a record of 9-13.
