The Greenup County Musketeers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Boyd County Lions to 2 in the Musketeers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Musketeers now have a 15-6 record. They play next when they travel to Conner for a non-league outing on Friday, October 11. Greenup County will play a Cougars team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Beechwood (Fort Mitchell, KY). The Cougars record now stands at 16-10.

With the loss, Boyd County drops to 16-12 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Greenup County (Greenup, KY) to play the Musketeers in a non-league outing on Monday, October 14. The Musketeers come into the outing with a record of 16-7. Greenup County lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Blazer (Ashland, KY)
