In Thursday's league challenge, the host Central Falls Warriors volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Narragansett Mariners.
The Warriors (11-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Ponaganset (North Scituate, RI). The Chieftains enter the Division 3 challenge with a 10-4 record. In their last challenge, Ponaganset was beaten by Tolman (Pawtucket, RI), 3-1, in a league challenge.
Next, the Mariners meet the St. Raphael Academy Saints (Pawtucket, RI) in a Division 3 challenge, on Tuesday, October 15. Narragansett will attempt to upgrade on its 9-3 season record. The Saints enter the challenge with a 9-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Mt. Pleasant (Providence, RI).
