Nebraska High School Volleyball - Perkins County bounced by Chase County

October 10, 2024: Imperial, NE 69033

Chase County Longhorns (Imperial, NE) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Perkins County Plainsmen (Grant, NE), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Chase County improves its record to 17-9 on the season. The Longhorns host Bridgeport (Bridgeport, NE) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Thursday, October 17. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 16-9. Bridgeport lost 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Mitchell (Mitchell, NE)

The Plainsmen now own a 17-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hershey for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 15. Perkins County will face a Panthers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to St. Patrick's (North Platte, NE). The Panthers record now stands at 6-15.
