In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Classical Magnet Gladiators volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Metropolitan Learning Center Dragons.

The Gladiators (7-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Academy of Aerospace and Engineering (Windsor, CT). The Jets come into the non-league challenge with a 8-7 record. In their last challenge, Academy of Aerospace and Engineering beat Civic Leadership (Enfield, CT), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Dragons meet the Academy of Science and Innovation Ravens (New Britain, CT) in a Capital Region challenge, on Tuesday, October 15. Metropolitan Learning Center will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Ravens come into the challenge with a 13-1 record after their 3-1 league win over Academy of Aerospace and Engineering (Windsor, CT).
