The Northwest Halifax Vikings topped the visiting KIPP Pride Pride volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's league game.

Next up, the Vikings confront the Warren County Eagles (Warrenton, NC) in a Tar Roanoke 1A game, on Monday, October 14. Northwest Halifax will attempt to advance on its 5-9 season record. The Eagles go into the game with a 8-7 record after their 3-1 league win over Wilson Prep (Wilson, NC).

The Pride (2-13) will now prepare for their game against North Edgecombe (Tarboro, NC). The Warriors go into the Tar Roanoke 1A game with a 15-4 record. In their last game, North Edgecombe gained a win over Northampton County (Gaston, NC), 3-2, in a league game.
