In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Missouri Valley Big Reds volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Logan-Magnolia Panthers.

The Big Reds (13-17) will now prepare for their challenge against Underwood (Underwood, IA). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 13-15 record. In their last challenge, Underwood beat Missouri Valley (Missouri Valley, IA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Panthers meet the AHSTW Vikings (Avoca, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 14. Logan-Magnolia will attempt to upgrade on its 4-16 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 4-26 record after their 3-0 league loss to Tri-Center (Neola, IA).
