With the win, West Greene improves its record to 6-3 on the season. The Pioneers host Carmichaels (Carmichaels, PA) to face the Mighty Mikes in a WPIAL 1A 3 test on Tuesday, October 15. The Mighty Mikes go into the test with a record of 10-5. Carmichaels won 3-0 in their recent league test against Avella (Avella, PA)

The Maples now own a 2-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jefferson-Morgan for a WPIAL 1A 3 test on Tuesday, October 15. Mapletown will face a Rockets squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Bethlehem Center (Fredericktown, PA). The Rockets record now stands at 7-9.
