In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting New York Mills Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Menahga Braves.
The Eagles (14-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Wadena-Deer Creek (Wadena, MN). The Wolverines come into the Park Region challenge with a 17-6 record. In their last challenge, Wadena-Deer Creek beat Verndale (Verndale, MN), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Braves meet the Walker-Hackensack-Akeley Wolves (Walker, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 14. Menahga will attempt to upgrade on its 2-22 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 8-13 record after their 3-0 league loss to Pine River-Backus (Pine River, MN).
