West Virginia High School Volleyball - Ripley can't get by Winfield

The Winfield Generals edged the host Ripley Vikings volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Thursday's non-league game.

Next up, the Generals confront the Buffalo Bison (Buffalo, WV) in a non-league game, on Monday, October 14. Winfield will attempt to advance on its 19-10 season record. The Bison go into the game with a 31-6 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Nitro (Nitro, WV).

The Vikings (12-11) will now prepare for their game against Chapmanville Regional (Chapmanville, WV). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 11-10 record. In their last game, Chapmanville Regional was edged by River View (Bradshaw, WV), 3-0, in a non-league game.
