West Lyon Wildcats (Inwood, IA) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Rock Valley Rockets (Rock Valley, IA), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, West Lyon improves its record to 19-4 on the season. The Wildcats travel to MOC-Floyd Valley (Orange City, IA) to face the Dutchmen in a test on Tuesday, October 15. The Dutchmen go into the test with a record of 14-9.

The Rockets now own a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host George-Little Rock for a non-league test on Saturday, October 12. Rock Valley will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Trinity Christian (Hull, IA). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-10.
